大(da)(da)傾(qing)角帶(dai)式輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)機(ji)(ji)(以下簡(jian)稱(cheng)“大(da)(da)傾(qing)角”)(大(da)(da)傾(qing)角皮帶(dai)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)機(ji)(ji))具(ju)有通(tong)用(yong)(yong)帶(dai)式輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)機(ji)(ji)結(jie)構簡(jian)單、運行可靠,維修方(fang)便等(deng)優(you)點(dian),具(ju)有可大(da)(da)傾(qing)角(90度垂直)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)、結(jie)構緊(jin)湊、占地少(shao)等(deng)特(te)點(dian),輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)傾(qing)角為(wei)0°~90°范圍內,**大(da)(da)垂直輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)物料粒度為(wei)400mm。因(yin)而是大(da)(da)傾(qing)角(或垂直)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)的(de)理(li)想設(she)備。在井下采(cai)礦(kuang)工程、露(lu)天采(cai)礦(kuang)、大(da)(da)型自(zi)卸船等(deng)方(fang)而都有所采(cai)用(yong)(yong),并在國(guo)內**創用(yong)(yong)于鋼(gang)廠的(de)高(gao)爐上料產生(sheng)了良好的(de)經濟效益。
大傾角皮(pi)帶輸送(song)機的應用(yong)范圍:
(1)、大(da)傾角皮帶輸(shu)(shu)送(song)機(ji)為一般用(yong)途的散狀物料(liao)連續(xu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)設(she)備,但采用(yong)的是具(ju)有波狀擋邊和橫(heng)隔板的輸(shu)(shu)送(song)帶。因此,特別適用(yong)于大(da)傾角及(ji)垂直90°輸(shu)(shu)送(song)。
(2)、大傾角皮(pi)帶輸送機可用于煤碳、化工(gong)、冶金、電力、輕工(gong)、糧食、港口等(deng)行業(ye),在工(gong)作環(huan)境溫(wen)度為-15℃~+40℃的(de)范圍內(nei)輸送堆積(ji)比(bi)重為0.5—4.2t/m3的(de)各種散狀物料。
(3)、對于輸送有(you)特殊要求的物料,如:高溫、具有(you)酸、堿(jian)、油類(lei)物質或有(you)機溶劑(ji)等(deng)成份(fen)的物料,需采用(yong)特殊的輸送帶。
(4)、輸(shu)送(song)傾角(jiao)為0°~90°范(fan)圍內,**大垂直(zhi)輸(shu)送(song)物料(liao)粒度為400mm。
大傾角皮帶輸(shu)送(song)機主(zhu)要(yao)特點:
(1)、可大(da)傾角輸送散(san)狀物料(liao),能(neng)大(da)量節(jie)省設備占(zhan)地面(mian)積,徹底解決普通、花紋帶式輸送機所不能(neng)達到(dao)的輸送角度。
(2)、機(ji)械化帶式輸送機(ji)輸送物料(liao)、總體(ti)投(tou)資費(fei)(fei)用(yong)低,約(yue)(yue)節約(yue)(yue)投(tou)資費(fei)(fei)用(yong)20%~30%。
(3)、該機(ji)型與普通帶(dai)式輸(shu)送機(ji)、斗式提(ti)升機(ji)、刮板輸(shu)送機(ji)比(bi)較(jiao),其綜(zong)合技術性能都**。
(4)、輸送量大,可達(da)(da)6000m3/h,垂直(zhi)提升高度可達(da)(da)500m。
(5)、在垂直輸送物料(liao)時,物料(liao)粒(li)度**大可達400mm。
(6)、從水平(ping)到傾(qing)斜(或(huo)垂直)能(neng)平(ping)穩過渡(du)。
(7)、能耗(hao)低(di)、結(jie)構簡單、維護方便。
(8)、膠(jiao)帶強度高,使(shi)用壽(shou)命長。
大傾角皮帶輸送機的主要優(you)點:
(1)大(da)傾(qing)角(jiao)皮帶(dai)輸(shu)送機(ji)的(de)輸(shu)送傾(qing)角(jiao)大(da),**大(da)可(ke)達(da)90°,是(shi)大(da)傾(qing)角(jiao)輸(shu)送和垂直(zhi)提(ti)升的(de)理想設備(bei)。因此可(ke)以節約占地面積,節省設備(bei)投資和土(tu)建費用(yong),取得良好(hao)的(de)綜合(he)經濟效益。例如,某用(yong)戶欲將煤炭(tan)提(ti)升到20m高的(de)料倉(cang)頂(ding),如采(cai)用(yong)擋(dang)邊機(ji)以45°傾(qing)角(jiao)輸(shu)送,則(ze)機(ji)長僅需(xu)28.3m(水平機(ji)長20m);而如果采(cai)用(yong)垂直(zhi)輸(shu)送的(de)擋(dang)邊機(ji),那(nei)么,水平機(ji)長可(ke)以控制在6m以內。
(2)結構簡單(dan)。如前(qian)所述,各主(zhu)要部件均可與通(tong)(tong)用帶式輸送(song)機(ji)通(tong)(tong)用,給(gei)使用、維修(xiu)帶來(lai)方(fang)便。
(3)運行可(ke)靠(kao)。沒(mei)有埋刮板輸(shu)送(song)機(ji)經常(chang)出現的卡鏈、飄鏈、斷鏈現象和斗(dou)式提升機(ji)經常(chang)發(fa)生的打滑、掉斗(dou)現象。它的可(ke)靠(kao)度幾乎與通常(chang)帶式輸(shu)送(song)機(ji)相等。
(4)運行平穩、噪(zao)聲小。
(5)由于不存在(zai)(zai)裝料時的(de)(de)挖掘(jue)阻力和運行時物(wu)料的(de)(de)內摩(mo)擦(ca)、外摩(mo)擦(ca)阻力,因(yin)此(ci)能耗小。例如,在(zai)(zai)魯南化肥(fei)廠使用的(de)(de)兩臺(tai)(tai)提升(sheng)高度各為(wei)19.28m、輸送(song)能力各為(wei)25t/h的(de)(de)輸送(song)碎(sui)煤的(de)(de)垂直擋(dang)邊機(ji),其每(mei)臺(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)裝機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)僅4kW,而被它們所取代的(de)(de)四臺(tai)(tai)原有(you)埋(mai)刮板輸送(song)機(ji)的(de)(de)總裝機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)為(wei)44kW。
(6)垂直(zhi)擋邊機還(huan)可以在機頭和機尾設置任(ren)意長(chang)度的(de)水(shui)平輸送(song)段,便(bian)于和其他設備(bei)銜接。
大傾角皮帶(dai)輸送機(擋邊帶(dai)式輸送機)部件的名稱及用途:
1.波(bo)狀擋(dang)邊(bian)輸(shu)送帶:在輸(shu)送機(ji)中起(qi)曳引和承載作用(yong)。波(bo)狀擋(dang)邊(bian)、橫隔(ge)板和基帶形(xing)成了輸(shu)送物料的"閘"形(xing)容器,從(cong)而實現大傾角輸(shu)送。
2.驅動裝(zhuang)置:是(shi)輸送機中的動力(li)部分。系由Y系列電動機,ZJ型軸裝(zhuang)式(shi)減速器(qi),楔塊式(shi)逆止器(qi)組成。
3.傳(chuan)動滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong):是(shi)動力傳(chuan)遞的主要(yao)部件,輸送帶借其與傳(chuan)動滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)之(zhi)間的摩(mo)擦力而運行(xing)。本系列傳(chuan)動滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)有膠面和光面之(zhi)分(fen),膠面滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)是(shi)為了增加滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)和輸送帶之(zhi)間的附(fu)著(zhu)力。
4.改向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)滾筒(tong):用(yong)于改變輸(shu)(shu)送(song)帶(dai)的運行方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。改向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)滾筒(tong)用(yong)于輸(shu)(shu)送(song)帶(dai)下(xia)表(biao)面(非承載面)。
5.壓帶(dai)(dai)輪(lun):用于改變輸送帶(dai)(dai)的運(yun)行方向,壓帶(dai)(dai)輪(lun)用于輸送帶(dai)(dai)上表(biao)面(mian)(承載面(mian))。
6.托(tuo)輥(gun):托(tuo)輥(gun)用于支承輸送帶和帶上(shang)的物(wu)料(liao)、使其穩定運行。本(ben)系列有上(shang)平(ping)行托(tuo)輥(gun)、下平(ping)型托(tuo)輥(gun)兩(liang)種型式。
7.托(tuo)(tuo)帶(dai)(dai)輥(gun)(gun):托(tuo)(tuo)帶(dai)(dai)輥(gun)(gun)用于在凸(tu)弧段(duan)機架(jia)上(shang)支(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)輸送(song)帶(dai)(dai)下分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi),其支(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)于擋邊(bian)(bian)輸送(song)帶(dai)(dai)兩(liang)側的(de)空(kong)邊(bian)(bian)上(shang)。若干(gan)組托(tuo)(tuo)帶(dai)(dai)輥(gun)(gun)形成一(yi)個(ge)圓弧段(duan)用于使(shi)輸送(song)帶(dai)(dai)改向。托(tuo)(tuo)帶(dai)(dai)輥(gun)(gun)采用懸(xuan)臂支(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)。
8.立輥(gun):立輥(gun)用于限制輸(shu)送帶跑偏,并安裝在上(shang)、下過(guo)度段(duan)機架上(shang)。每個過(guo)濾段(duan)機架上(shang)設有(you)4個,上(shang)、下分各兩個。
9.拍打輪清料(liao)裝置(zhi):用(yong)于拍打輸(shu)送(song)(song)帶(dai)背面,震落粘在(zai)輸(shu)送(song)(song)帶(dai)上(shang)的物料(liao)。
10.拉緊(jin)裝(zhuang)置:它(ta)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)有:1.使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)帶具(ju)有足夠的(de)(de)張力,保證輸(shu)送(song)帶和傳動(dong)滾筒間(jian)不打(da)滑。2.限制輸(shu)送(song)帶在(zai)各(ge)支承間(jian)的(de)(de)垂度,使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)機正(zheng)常運轉。本系列采用(yong)螺旋(xuan)拉緊(jin)裝(zhuang)置。
11.機架(jia)、頭(tou)(tou)部漏斗、頭(tou)(tou)部護罩、導(dao)料(liao)槽、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)架(jia)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)架(jia)支(zhi)腿(tui)(tui)等:在(zai)輸送(song)機中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分別(bie)起支(zhi)承、防塵和導(dao)料(liao)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)。本系列(lie)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)架(jia)支(zhi)腿(tui)(tui)有低(di)(di)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)和高式(shi)(shi)(shi)三種。下水平(ping)段和傾斜只配用(yong)(yong)低(di)(di)式(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)架(jia)支(zhi)腿(tui)(tui),而上下水平(ping)段根據不同的頭(tou)(tou)架(jia)(低(di)(di)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)和高式(shi)(shi)(shi)頭(tou)(tou)架(jia))分別(bie)配用(yong)(yong)不同的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)架(jia)支(zhi)腿(tui)(tui)(低(di)(di)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)和高式(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)架(jia)支(zhi)腿(tui)(tui))。

為獲得(de)較好的(de)受(shou)料(liao)和(he)卸(xie)料(liao)條件,本機采(cai)用(yong)“Z”形(xing)布置形(xing)式。即設有(you)上(shang)(shang)水平(ping)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)、下水平(ping)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)和(he)傾(qing)斜(xie)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan),并(bing)在下水平(ping)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)受(shou)料(liao),在上(shang)(shang)水平(ping)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)卸(xie)料(liao)。上(shang)(shang)水平(ping)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)與傾(qing)斜(xie)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)之間采(cai)用(yong)凸弧形(xing)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)機架(jia)連接,下水平(ping)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)與傾(qing)斜(xie)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)之間采(cai)用(yong)凹弧段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)機架(jia)相連以實現輸送帶的(de)圓滑過渡。

2、傾(qing)斜段:無論上(shang)水平段采用的是(shi)低(di)式(shi)、中式(shi)、或是(shi)高式(shi)中間架支腿,傾(qing)斜段均采用低(di)式(shi)中間架支腿。當輸(shu)送機(ji)傾(qing)角β≧45°時,推薦采用Ⅱ型低(di)式(shi)中間架支腿。
3、下水(shui)平段:下水(shui)平段采(cai)用(yong)低式中間架支腿。
